Red Hen dinner @ OXO

Richard's Ridiculously good radishes with whipped butter Maldon salt and cucumber shallot salad

Unfortunately I didn't get any pictures of the next two dishes. First seared scallop with fennel apple slaw and roasted beets. Then braised local chicken breast with foie gras dirty rice local morels and maple jus.
For some reason I assumed one of our local stores would have local strawberries after I had seen them at the market but unfortunately they didn't. But I still like this dish on the left is a strawberry tarragon salad with whipped balsamic. Next sliced strawberries with black pepper syrup. Finally warm strawberry noodles with vanilla thyme sauce.

Dinner looked great, wish i could've seen the whipped balsamic get made. I finally had the time to sit down and look at your whole blog. Everything looks great and inspiring. Your also very lucky to have such beautiful kids and a wife that will help you with 200 shortbread cookies. By the way rosemary shortdough sounds totally awesome i want some. All right enough babeling. Your blog is great, mines under construction should be done soon. bye
