Chicken and Egg Dinner with Pat Foreman

We are doing a Chicken and Egg dinner with Pat Foreman this Sunday and Monday here is the menu: (pictures to follow)

Chicken Liver with Egg Yolk, Elixir, Pickled Onions and Charred Bread
Chicken Thigh Escabeche with Celery Root and Black Garlic Consomee
Buttermilk Braised Chicken Thigh with Biscuits, Kale and Gravy
Slow Cooked egg Dessert not yet finalized
