Truffle Tofu

Mark Levy was also at the meals on wheels event and was kind enough to give me all his truffle trimmings. So with the boat load of Tofu and Asparagus I had I made a chilled soup with truffle tofu and Lemon

Meals on Wheels

I had a great time doing this event for Meals on Wheels. Met Micheal Schwartz from Micheal's Genuine Food and Drink, good to meet people like him in this world. If for some reason they invite me back next year I'm doing Pig's Head because people really don't want to try tofu and vegetables.
