Buffalo Creek

Just a little oxidation from being out of the cryovac for a little bit but look at the marbling from a Virginia Steer. I can't wait to work with these folks.

51.5C for one hour then onto hot grill. The kids almost didn't get any.

Stonehouse Farms

Spent the Morning with Brendan from Stonehouse Farms he has agreed to grow a bunch of different vegetables for us. He has a great operation that I had planed on getting some pictures of but I forgot my battery. I used some of his chard, onions and potatoes to make a dish with vadouvan spiced turkey breast. Colleen wasn't able to take the pictures for me so none of them turned out very good but you will have to trust me it was great.
