Local Roots Dinner


Brendan's Turnips Raw with Black Butter, Sherry Vinegar and Thyme

Forno Beet Salad with Smoked Hazelnuts, Arugula Flowers and Blue Cheese added later
Confit Ribeye with Carrots, Carrot Meringue, onions and Cracked Wheat

Brown Butter Cake with Dulche de Leche, Milk Foam, Hazelnut Praline
We also did some really fun Basil milk chocolate truffles.
